The long standing customer base of this company supports the quality and value of its offerings, all of which can be expanded with a little marketing effort.  Current relationships with some customers date back over 50 years, who include Church Choirs, Lay readers, Clergy, Universities, Schools and Photographers. It is estimated that 60% of the company’s business comes from the Atlantic Provinces, with the remaining orders from across Canada and occasionally, from other countries.

 

STAFFING

Currently, just the owner, who has a degree in Fashion Design and Technology from George Brown College in Ontario, and one (1) Part-Time employee, who has a degree in Costume Design from Dalhousie University and is a very talented seamstress, work in this business.  Transition Support will be provided. Store frontage is not necessary as most orders are processed by mail/phone.  Very few customers actually visit the shop.
